White Clover Farms of Paynesville, in Minnesota, is a fresh herb wholesale and retail supplier that was established in 1999. We started out with 3 employees packaging about 300-400 daily. After working for 5 years Mike and I purchased the business in 2014 and since then we have grown to 8 employees packaging 6,000-7,000 weekly . Our fresh herb products include sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, chives, cilantro, dill, fresh bay leaves, lemongrass, oregano, French thyme, marjoram, tarragon, Italian parsley and edible flowers. Our employees take great pride in their packing. Our employees hand pack each fresh herb products and clam daily to assure that you receive the best quality product. We have packed samples of fresh herb products suited for our suggested recipes like the beef medley, poultry medley and pork medley. We grow some of our products here on the farms and also have some items product shipped depending on the season.
